RATES & POLICIES
The Chanticleer Inn is a small boutique property. Therefore, we are significantly affected by cancellations and must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Credit cards are required to hold a room. More than seven days notice is required for cancellation or a $75.00 cancellation fee will be applied per room, per night. Cancellations made within 2 days of the day of arrival will be charged for the full stay and nights. Special promotional rates which have their own prepayment, cancellation or refund policies override this payment/cancellation policy. We suggest you purchase trip insurance (www.insuremytrip.com) as cancellations may be unavoidable. (Bookings of 4 or more rooms are considered groups, and special cancellation conditions and group booking contract applies, please contact the Inn.)
Wedding Parties/Large Groups
Guests requiring reservations for wedding parties or large groups should call or email the Inn directly before using the online reservation system.
We welcome children age 8 and older.
Though we love animals, some of our guests are allergic and therefore we cannot accept pets.
All rooms are non-smoking.
