RATES & POLICIES
The Chanticleer Inn is a small boutique property. Therefore, we are significantly affected by cancellations and must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Credit cards are required to hold a room. More than 7 days notice, to the day of arrival, is required for cancellation or a $75.00 cancellation fee will be applied per room, per night. Cancellations made with less than 2 days notice to the day of arrival will be charged for the full stay and nights. Special promotional rates which have their own prepayment, cancellation or refund policies override this payment/cancellation policy. We suggest you purchase trip insurance (www.insuremytrip.com) as cancellations may be unavoidable. (Bookings of 3 or more rooms are considered groups, and special cancellation conditions and group booking contract applies, please contact the Inn. All reservations for 3 or more rooms made through internet will be cancelled )
Wedding Parties/Large Groups
Guests requiring reservations for wedding parties or large groups should call or email the Inn directly before using the online reservation system. All wedding or groups require minimum 2 nights stay or more.
We welcome children age 12 and older.
Though we love animals, some of our guests are allergic and therefore we cannot accept pets.
All rooms are non-smoking.
