Chanticleer Inn has 17 uniquely appointed rooms and dwellings, including the Watkins House, nestled across its manicured property on Lookout Mountain.
What amenities are included with every room at Chanticleer Inn?
All rooms include a flatscreen TV, in-room Keurig coffee machine, free high-speed WiFi, signature bathrobes, a patio, private exterior entrance, on-site free parking, custom bath amenities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board (upon request), refrigerator (upon request) and in-room controlled central air conditioning and heating. A full homemade American breakfast is also included with each room option.
Do you offer larger spaces for big groups?
Yes, The Watkins House is a 2,400 sq ft home that sleeps up to 8 adults. It includes 1 King Deluxe room, 1 Queen Deluxe room, 1 Queen room, and 1 Twin (2 beds) room.
Do any rooms have fireplaces?
Yes. Many rooms feature an electric fireplace, available seasonally. The Watkins House also includes a gas fireplace available seasonally from December through March only.
Is there a fire pit?
There is, and it’s one of our favorite spots on the property for an evening wind-down. Gather around with fellow guests before retiring for the evening with our Cozy Romance package, complete with champagne and house-made chocolate-dipped strawberries.
Do the rooms have outdoor spaces?
Yes. All rooms include a patio.
Is there a minimum stay requirement at Chanticleer Inn?
A 2-night minimum stay applies on weekends during various months of the year.
Are room rates based on single or double occupancy?
Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. State, city sales, and lodging taxes are applied to each reservation.
How do I book multiple rooms at Chanticleer Inn?
For reservations of 2 or more rooms, please call 706-820-2002. There are two sets of rooms available that adjoin a king room to a double queen room.
Is Chanticleer Inn accessible?
As a historic building on a mountaintop, most of our rooms require you to climb up a few steps. We have a few rooms that are a bit more accessible. Please let us know if stairs are difficult for you.
Is parking available at Chanticleer Inn?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available for all guests.
