At Chanticleer Inn Bed and Breakfast, our dedicated team is the heart of everything we do. From warm welcomes to thoughtful details, we’re here to make your stay relaxing, comfortable, and memorable. Get to know the friendly faces who make Chanticleer feel at home.
Olivia's seven years with Rock City Enterprises reflect her thoughtful approach to hospitality and her love for creating memorable experiences. From her first role as a fudge cook in Rock City to becoming a cherished member of the Inn team, she delights in crafting moments guests will never forget—whether it's her signature buttermilk pancakes or helping orchestrate a perfect wedding proposal.
Guided by empathy, Olivia believes that every guest and team member deserves to feel special, no matter the day they've had. Her creativity flows beyond the inn—she loves painting, experimenting in the kitchen with pasta primavera and holiday treats, attending concerts with her mother, and immersing herself in movies. She also enjoys discovering the hidden gems of Chattanooga, including her favorite spot, The Greenhouse by Oddstory Brewery. Olivia's thoughtful nature and genuine enthusiasm shine through every interaction.
With over 15 years of experience in housekeeping, Rebecca brings a deep sense of care and precision to every corner of Chanticleer Inn. She has taken pride in crafting spaces that feel both elegant and welcoming. Warm and attentive, Rebecca treasures the moments when guests' lives intersect with the inn—like a sunlit wedding in the sunroom, a memory she recalls fondly.
Guided by her motto, "Always double-check!", Rebecca approaches her work with steady hands and a thoughtful eye. Outside of the inn, she delights in the changing seasons and scenic beauty of Lookout Mountain, indulges her love of baking, enjoys cheering for the Atlanta Braves, and finds joy in visiting the Naughty Cat Café.
Abigail's cheerful energy and genuine friendliness make her a favorite among both guests and colleagues. Joining Chanticleer Inn three years ago in her very first job, she has embraced the inn's mission of creating "memories worth repeating" with enthusiasm and heart. One of her most treasured experiences is a special connection with a guest she now lovingly considers an honorary grandmother.
Always ready to go the extra mile, Abigail thrives on making each guest feel cared for and celebrated. A lifelong resident of Lookout Mountain, she enjoys the beauty of the seasons, grabbing a meal at Tony's Pasta, and styling hair for weddings and special occasions in her free time. Her bubbly personality and warmth shine in everything she does.
